About Villa Ballena

Villa Ballena is a beautiful 10,000 sq. ft. five bedroom ocean front villa with a fully equipped high end kitchen, media room, living and dining room and outdoor palapa dinning area. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The house is configured with four bedrooms on the second level and one bedroom on the lower level below the media room. All of the bedrooms have a direct ocean view.

The house is fully staffed with manager, cook/houseman, daily maid service and night watchman.

Villa Ballena is in Real del Mar, which is a beautiful private, gated residential community with all of the amenities of a luxury resort. Visit the beach club for drinks and lunch, take a dip in the ocean or relax on a beach that is isolated from everyone but Real del Mar residents.
